VN, Japan Continue Investment Cooperation
A Vietnamese delegation just had working sessions with Japanese agencies in Tokyo to discuss measures for promoting bilateral cooperation in improving investment environment.
The delegation, headed by Minister of Planning and Investment Bui Quang Vinh, worked with the Japanese Business Alliance (Keidanren), the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on November 26.
The Minister said Viet Nam wants JICA to continue its cooperation in the 5th phase of the Viet Nam-Japan initiative on improving investment environment.
Viet Nam also wants JICA to help the country implement its green growth strategy, climate change responding programs, and e-customs programs.
The Japanese side expressed willingness to cooperate with Vietnamese partners in realizing the initiative and boosting the bilateral ties.
