VCCI to Host ASEAN-EU Business Matching Conference

On the sideline of the third ASEAN-EU Business Summit, with the aim of strengthening practical cooperative ties of the business communities of the two regions, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will collaborate with the European Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (EuroCham) with the assistance of the European Union Delegation in Vietnam and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam to organise the business matching conference titled “Trade potentials and investment opportunities between ASEAN and EU” on March 8, 2013 in Hanoi. The conference is funded by the EU Multilateral Trade Policy Assistance Project (EU-MUTRAP).

 

This conference will introduce emerging ASEAN investment destinations, advantageous industries of the region, and ASEAN-EU potential cooperation while creating favourable conditions for Vietnamese enterprises to meet with ASEAN and EU businesses to exchange specific cooperation opportunities, grasp new cooperation and investment potentials. The event is expected to attract 600 business officials from ASEAN enterprises and EU enterprises with business relation with ASEAN.
