Vietnamese Dairy Producer Announces More Support for Young Talent

The Vietnam Milk Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk) has decided to raise its sponsorship of the scholarship fund Vinamilk Young Talent Incubator, to VND1 billion this year. This is the first and only scholarship fund launched by the Ministry of Education and Training for primary pupils with high study results and poor but high achieving school students.

According to Le Hong Xanh, Market Manager of Vinamilk, about 2,040 pupils in 42 provinces and cities will benefit from the fund this year, of which 75 scholarships will go to Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City each, 65 to Thanh Hoa and Nghe An each, while 45 to 47 will go to the rest.

The ceremony to handover scholarship will be held in June 2005.
