Vietnamese Businesses Get Support in Saudi Arabia

The meeting of the Joint Committee of Vietnam - Saudi Arabia took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The two sides reviewed specific cooperation areas and agreed to step up business expansion supports for enterprises of the two countries.

 

At the meeting, the Saudi Arabia side agreed with Vietnam’s proposals of strengthening market information exchange cooperation, business opportunities, market surveys, and attendance to seminars and exhibitions. Vietnam also proposed expanding trade promotion activities in Saudi Arabia.

 

The two sides also discussed cooperation expansion in potential areas like diplomacy, industry, agriculture, investment, finance, education, training, health care, transportation, etc.

 

The two sides also agreed on measures to be taken to prepare for the second meeting of the Joint Committee in Vietnam. The first meeting of the Joint Committee was held in Riyadh in May 2011.
