National Survey into Talent Recruitment
The Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI - HCM) and Le & Associates (L&A), a human capital solutions firm, coordinated to carry out a national survey on “Talent Recruitment Trend - Working suitability or cultural suitability."
The survey results will be announced at a conference to be held in November 2013 in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of officials, professionals and businesses.
The survey aims to define: Methods of identifying and assessing working suitability and cultural suitability in recruitment process; and challenges, methods and trends in talent recruitment at businesses.
The survey results will provide general information about instruments and methods used for talent recruitment today, and identify trends and appropriate solutions for senior personnel hunting, keeping and development strategies for enterprises.
Respondents of the survey are experts, officials, personnel managers, business owners, CEOs and decision makers.
