Qindo - A Modern Property Supermarket

Qindo, a Vietnamese joint stock company, officially inaugurated the Qindo property supermarket at No.1 Ngoc Khanh Street, Hanoi on November 13, 2004. It is the first property supermarket in Vietnam. Besides consulting, it also ensures customer safety and risk-free service with stable resources.

Mr. Hoang Hai, Director General of the Qindo Company said that the strength of the Qindo supermarket is the consulting staff who all possess good legal knowledge. As in other countries, real estate in Vietnam is an important asset. To avoid risk for customers, Qindo has staff specialising in searching related information on real estate. Before buying any kind of assets, customers are advised by consultants on all details such as whether it is in a land clearance area, under dispute, possesses unsound legal documents and most importantly whether it’s a good price and its future market value. The information is from reliable sources ensuring safety for the investment. “Real estate transaction is very crucial, lack of precision would make the market uncontrollable”, Mr. Hai added.
