Vietnamese Companies Eye North American Handbags, Footwear Market

In implementing the second-phase National Trade Promotion Programme in 2014 adopted by the Minister of Trade and Industry in Decision 2855/QD-BCT dated April 2, 2014, the Vietnam Leather, Footwear and Handbag Association (LEFASO) will lead a business delegation to the WSA@Magic Trade Fair in Las Vegas, US and pay a visit to Toronto Shoe Show, Canada from August 15 to 26, 2014. The programme aims to help businesses attract, maintain and develop orders from North American markets.

LEFASO will introduce the Vietnamese leather, footwear and handbag industry and build the image of Vietnam as a prestigious producer of high-quality footwear, handbags to attract more customers from the US, Canada and other countries.
