Over the past decade, from 1994 to 2004, the company has gained the highest growth rate among enterprises under the management of the Vietnam National Textile and Garment Corporation. In recent years, its growth rate was recorded at between 35 and 40 per cent. The figure for 2003 alone was put at 62 per cent. Its productivity has increased by between 15 and 20 per cent. Workers’ income in 2004 has been put at over VND 1.7 million per month, or an increase of 2.5 fold against that of 1994.
