Hai Nam Company Ltd., was established in June 2003 and officially came into operation in early 2004 with registered capital of VND10 billion. The company has invested a total VND26 billion in building a plant with two production lines with a designed capacity of 1-1.2 million pairs of shoes per year.

Hai Nam's major clients are South Korean companies. Through the market, the company's products are exported to potential markets such as EU and the United State which have strict requirements on goods quality. Hence, beside investment in modern technology and equipment, the company pays much attention to improving the working skills of laborers. Laborers are encouraged to devote and commit to the company by proper welfare policy.

Relationship with partner is one of decisive factors that lead to the success of the company. Hai Nam always builds up prestige with clients through the quality of products, pace of delivery and other requirements.

At present, Hai Nam is providing jobs for over 1,000 laborers, mainly the locals. This is a significant contribution to the social stabilization, helping to push up the process of economic integration of Hai Duong province.
