Gov’t Issues Regulations on Management and Execution of National E-commerce Development Programme
The Prime Minister recently signed Decision 07/2015/QD-TTg on the issue of Regulations on Management and Execution of National E-commerce Development Programme. The decision takes effect on April 20, 2015.
This ruling is applicable to agencies in charge of carrying out schemes and projects under the programme, programme management agencies and programme beneficiaries. Programme beneficiaries are companies of all economic sectors, agencies, organisations and individuals applying or supporting e-commerce application.
The programme will seek financial sources from the State Budget, domestic and international organisations, individuals and donors. The State Budget will come from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
