Forum on Recycling in Supply Chain in Vietnam 2015

Vietnam Supply Chain recently hosted the Forum on Recycling in Supply Chain in Vietnam 2015 in Ho Chi Minh City to update Decision 50/2013/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the retrieval and disposal of discarded products and sustainable development orientations for manufacturing and importing companies by sharing practical experiences and success stories from world-leading recycling specialists.

 

The forum brought valuable experience from foreign experts to manufacturing and importing companies in Vietnam and helped business leaders with case successes to learn for their own business planning.

 

Participants met with Executive Vice President, Reverse Logistics GmbH, who presented Vietnam Recycling Platform - a strong compliance network for used electrical and electronic equipment. Dr Eckart Dutz, General Director of RAPI B2B Office Solution, conveyed the experience on re-manufacturing printer cartridges. Lawyer Andrew Fitanides from Baker McKenzie presented legal updates about recycling in manufacturing in Vietnam.
