Developing Supply Chain Administration Capacity for SMEs

Vietnam Supply Chain recently organised an assistance programme called "Developing Supply Chain Administration Capacity for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in 2015.” The event helped Vietnamese SMEs to acquire free advice from Vietnamese and foreign supply chain specialists and reassess their existing supply chains to find out initiatives for improve and optimising their current business for a sustainable strategy and operation.

 

Through this programme, participating SMEs will outline practical plans and actions enabling them to improve operations. They will take part in three centralised thematic working sessions on supply chain administration.

 

Besides, under the advice of professionals, they will capture their key difficulties as well as sector difficulties in general. They will also seek out optimal solutions for their businesses.
