Five New Int’l Group Pavilions Participate in Food & Hotel Vietnam Exhibition 2015

International Food & Hotel Vietnam Exhibition 2015 is scheduled to take place at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City from April 21 to 23, 2015.
 
More than 350 enterprises from 31 countries and territories will participate in the fair, with 71 percent of exhibitors being foreigners.
 
A total of 13 international group pavilions will be made in this exhibition, including five first-time pavilions from Poland, Spain, Gwangju Metropolitan City, Korea Dairy Industries Association (South Korea) and Meat&Livestock (Australia).
 
To make a first great impression, the Spain Pavilion will bring a total of 17 companies who are the leaders in Spain’s food and hotel supplier and service industries. The Spain Pavilion promises to showcase their latest products like canned fruits and vegetables, cheese, cured meat products and sausages, fresh meat and offal, fresh juices, vinegar and wine.
 
Mr José A. Bretones, Economic and Commercial Counsellor at the Embassy of Spain in Vietnam, said Spain wants to introduce its brand images in Vietnam via this exhibition.
 
Besides Spain, Poland Pavilion will showcase their main products like high quality European pork and beef.
 
The exhibition is also incorporated with seminars and workshops, including “Food Safety in Commercial Kitchens: International Approach for Practitioners” Seminar. Besides, there will also be a Barista training series with three workshops: “5 Simple Secrets to a Better Coffee”, “Advanced Espresso crafting Techniques” and “Hand Brew Workshop”. The Vietnam Culinary Challenge has been recognised by Vietnam’s culinary community as an important arena for chefs to demonstrate their culinary skills and techniques. This year’s theme will focus on food from Indochina.
 
Since its first edition in 2004, Food & Hotel Vietnam is organised by Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd (SES) and VCCI Exhibition Service Co Ltd. In the previous edition in 2013, the event attracted more than 12,000 attendees, including some 100 group delegations from Vietnam and its neighbouring regions.
