Promoting Vietnam Tourism in Japan
Implementing Document 2455/VP-VX dated April 23, 2015 of the Hanoi People's Committee on attendance to an international tourism trade fair in Japan called JATA-2015, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi City will organise a delegation to participate in JATA 2015 from September 22 to 28, 2015 at Tokyo Bigsight Tokyo International Exhibition Centre, Japan.
The 72-square metre pavilion will introduce basic information on Hanoi, its tourism and culture, its tourism facilities, and culture and tourism of localities partnered with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi.
The department will also organise art shows to introduce the beauty of Hanoi culture and tourism to Japanese businesses and tourists.
Besides, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hanoi also plans to cooperate with the Vietnam Tourism Association (VITA) to host the Vietnam Tourism Promotion Conference in Japan during the exhibition.
The government of Hanoi will be responsible for settling fees for space rents, and booth design and set-up. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is calling for the participation of tourism companies in the delegation.
