The non-State sector took the lead in contributing to the State budget (accounting for 46 per cent) in 2017, according to the General Statistics Office.
In 2017, the business sector created VND17.45 quadrillion, 1.7 times that of 2011. Over the recent five years, the business sector witnessed an incline of 11.9 per cent in revenue, lower than an increase of 15.2 per cent in capital, each year.
