Matthew Powell recruited to new appointment at CBRE
Matthew Powell has been recruited to join the sales & marketing team of CB Richard Ellis (Vietnam) Ltd, the key integrated real estate service provider in Vietnam. Matthew will be involved in leasing commercial office space in Hanoi to international clients seeking premises. He will also be involved in the higher-end expatriate residential market. Initial projects he will be working on are VinCom City Towers, the Metropole Centre and the new Pacific Place development on Ly Thuong Kiet street.
Having relocated to Hanoi in August, 2004 from London, Matthew has been managing activities for the British Business Group in Vietnam where he still retains responsibilities.
