200 Administrative Procedures Connected to NSW

As many as 200 administrative procedures are updated to the National Single Window as of the end of August, 12 more procedures than in 2019. 23 procedures have been linked to prepare for the official connection to the ASEAN Single Window (ASW) and the National Single Window (NSW).

In terms of implementation results, as of August 25, there are over 3.2 million records of over 40,000 enterprises implemented through the National Single Window.

Over 3.2 million records filed by over 40,000 companies were settled on the NSW as of August 25, 2020.

The General Department of Customs (GDC) under the Ministry of Finance has coordinated with relevant ministries and agencies to open nine training courses on carrying out new procedures; actively supported and guided businesses to carry out administrative procedures through NSW, assisted by GDC technical helpdesk.

On January 1, 2018, Vietnam officially connected to ASW to exchange electronic D-form certificate of origin (C/O) with Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.

To date, Vietnam has connected to five more ASEAN countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and the Philippines.

As of August 25, 2020, Vietnam received 179,763 C/O from ASEAN countries and sent 263,684 C/O to other countries.
