Vietnam-China Economic and Trade Forum to be Organise October 18- 23, 2005
Under the Prime Minister’s guidelines, The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) will co-operate with the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Trade and some provinces and cities to organise the Vietnam-China Economic and Trade Forum, and organise a delegation of enterprises to join the China-ASEAN Expo (CAExpo) and explore the Chinese market from October 18- 23.
This is an important event, included into the programme of CAExpo 2005 to promote export to China, and ASEAN, as well as to attract more foreign investment in Vietnam. In particular, those enterprises which register early may be able to join the China-ASEAN Trade and Investment Summit.
The second CAExpo is expected to attract tens of thousands of visitors and will be organised with four sections: commodity trade, investment co-operation, tourism, and national image. It will focus on introducing five groups of goods, including equipment and machines, electronic, hardware and construction materials, light industrial products and handicrafts, and farm-produce and food.
