There is a story behind every success. For Imex Pan Pacific Group (IPPG), it is the story of Founder Johnathan Hanh Nguyen to bring the best of the world to Vietnam.

Returning to Vietnam with his burning desire to make more contributions to the country, in 1985, Mr. Johnathan Hanh Nguyen took the lead in opening a direct flight from Ho Chi Minh City to Manila, the Philippines, laying the first brick for the foundation of IPPG. After nearly 40 years of development, IPPG has always been consistent with the mission of “Bringing the best of the world to Vietnam" while actively spreading good values to society and the community.

IPPG is a leading conglomerate with over 25,000 employees in Vietnam. It was also the first company in Vietnam to start the luxury fashion business in 2005 and became a long-term partner of world-renowned deluxe brands. In addition, IPPG expanded its luxury store network across the country and built a system of duty-free shops and non-aviation retail services with 37 member companies and joint ventures. Since its inception, IPPG has played an active role in connecting Vietnam with the global economy.

In particular, IPPG has also developed in non-tariff zones, real estate and high-class commercial centers; invested in the airport business, artificial intelligence (AI) technology and education. Its typical projects are two leading high-end commercial centers in Vietnam: Trang Tien Plaza and Rex Arcade. IPPG’s business figures are impressive with more than 108 international brands, more than 300 fashion retail stores, more than 100 F&B stores, more than 180 airport retail stores and more than 1.2 million loyal customers.

In 37 years of operation, besides business achievements, IPPG has also become very well-known for its social security, child protection and Vietnamese cultural events - the achievements that the group has worked hard for the country and the community. With these efforts, IPPG was honored with more than 300 medals, certificates of appreciation and Labor Orders awarded by the ministries, the Prime Minister and the President.

In the coming time, IPPG will continue with its logistics projects, non-tariff zones, airport city, financial centers and many other projects.
