HDBank was honorably named the most favorite employer of its own employees in 2022 in a category for an employer with more than 4,000 employees in the recently announced “Employer of Choice” Survey.


HDBank invests heavily in development of human resources

Besides, HDBank won the Top Most Favorite Employer 2022 in the Finance - Banking - Securities industry and the Top Most Favorite Employer in 2022 for all industries in Vietnam.

The survey, conducted by CareerBuilder in collaboration with InsightAsia, attracted more than 18,956 respondents nationwide, honoring businesses that still kept their attraction and favor to the greatest extent in the labor market in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic as well as through economic fluctuations.

Focus on inclusive human resource development policies

The outcome of the above survey once again recognized HDBank's advantages in human resource management strategy, especially in recruitment, training and sustainable development of human resources.
