Sonadezi Long Binh Starts to Lease New Factories

Sonadezi Long Binh Shareholding Company recently completed some factories in Thanh Phu and Chau Duc industrial parks and started to lease them.

Ready-built factories in Thanh Phu Industrial Park

Kicked off in September 2022, the two new factories in Thanh Phu Industrial Park (Dong Nai province) and Chau Duc Industrial Park (Ba Ria-Vung Tau province) of Sonadezi Long Binh are offered for lease, with workshop areas ranging from 3,000-5,000 square meters, so Sonadezi Long Binh can meet diverse demands of tenants.

The industrial factories by Sonadezi Long Binh can be split into independent and separate workshops which still have full ancillary works and internal premises such as offices, canteens, garages and security stations. The company focuses on the sustainability of construction structures and environmental protection to satisfy technical regulations and fire protection requirements.

To date, Sonadezi Long Binh has leased about 30,000 square meters of factories in Bien Hoa 2 and Thanh Phu industrial parks. Currently, the company is operating factories for lease with a total area of more than 15 ha in Thanh Phu and Chau Duc industrial parks which have synchronous infrastructure, prime locations and convenient traffic connections to help customers transport goods with optimal time and cost.

Sonadezi Long Binh's factories have strong structures and meet technical standards

Over the past time, many investors from South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, and the United States have studied the investment environment and surveyed the factories of Sonadezi Long Binh. They expressed their satisfaction with its good location and high construction quality.

In 2023, Sonadezi Long Binh aimed to focus on operating and leasing 100% of existing factories while continuing to expand the available land fund, and developing more factories in well-located industrial zones to meet the demand of customers.
