Traenco Organises Cultural and Art Activities for Peace
Trusted by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), recently Traenco launched a cultural and art performance programme themed ‘International cultural and art exchange festival for a peaceful world.’ The programme was organised under the sponsorship of the non-governmental organisation of Cosmo Peace with the participation of the famous Japanese electronic piano troupe of Takimoto Yasuhito. The programme took placed in Hanoi on November 3, in Hai Duong on November 6, and in Quang Ninh on November 9.
This is a charity performance programme, so all proceeds from the programme were given to funds for poor children and Agent Orange victims in Vietnam.
General director of the programme, artist Takimoto Yasuhito, said that they chose Vietnam as the first place for their performance programme because Vietnam had a peace-loving tradition. The artist went on to say that artists would use drums and electronic pianos and modern musical techniques in combination with ancient drama dances of China, dances of Indochina countries and music of western countries for their performance.
Highly appreciating the initiative, VCCI president Vu Tien Loc said that the promotion of cultural exchange between Vietnam and Japan would help boost ties between the two countries.
