Apple Launches New Imac G5 and Ipod
Apple launched its new Imac G5 and Ipod on November 8, 2005, via the FPT Distribution Company. Two new models of Imac G5 include 17 inch -1.9 GHz and 20 inch - 2.1 GHz products, which were designed half an inch thinner and 15 per cent brighter than previous Imac versions. With full-screen Front Row media experience, within 30 feet, users can use remote control to browse music, photos and videos easily.
Also, on this occasion, Apple marketed a new iPod with a 2.5 inch screen, which is 11 millimetres thin, or 30 per cent thinner than the previous versions. More importantly, the new version has a double storage capacity but its price does not change. With 60 GB, users can store over 15,000 songs, 25,000 photos and 150 hours of videos. The battery can be used for up to 20 hours.
After more than ten years’ operation, the FPT Distribution, a member of the FPT Group, has become a reliable partner of more than 60 world famous PC manufacturers. The company is now a leading distributor with a nationwide agent and shop network.
