The suite of solutions includes payment management, sales record management, and automatic electronic invoicing. HDBank has introduced a credit package of VND2,000 billion to facilitate the upgrade of automatic electronic invoice software for petrol stations. Specifically, HDBank will finance up to 60% of the investment costs, with a maximum loan maturity of three years and no collateral requirements.
HDBank stands as the pioneering and sole financial institution to offer a set of solutions supporting petrol stations in implementing electronic invoicing, in accordance with Official Dispatch 1284/CD-TTg issued by the Prime Minister on December 1, 2023. Through this program, petrol stations gain additional support channels for investment, system enhancement, and seamless issuance of automatic electronic invoices, aligning with the Prime Minister’s directives.
By providing these solutions and preferential capital, HDBank actively assists petroleum companies in seizing business opportunities, accelerating digital transformation, promoting non cash payment methods, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Prime Minister’s earlier directive (Official Dispatch 1284/CD-TTg) emphasized the need for consistent, effective and decisive measures to enforce electronic invoicing for petroleum traders at retail stores, including data integration with tax authorities.
