HDBank’s App Continues to Enhance Digital Advantages

The recently introduced group fund feature of the HDBank application has garnered significant customer interest due to its numerous beneficial utilities.

The term ‘fund’ pertains to the matrix of income and expenditure, encapsulating spreadsheets and financial data. Traditionally, treasurers have had to exert considerable effort to ensure adequate income and transparent spending. However, with this feature, fund members no longer need to remember every detail, including fund contributions, expenditures and status.

The group fund feature is particularly useful for groups of family members, friends, and colleagues, facilitating the management of spending and payment transactions. Characterized by swift contributions, effortless spending, and convenient administration via the HDBank application, this feature alleviates users’ concerns.

A customer can establish up to 100 group funds, each accommodating up to 100 members and a maximum fund of VND100 million. The treasurer can effortlessly track expenses, income, and financial history, notify members, and invite new members to the group fund. Members can easily verify and receive notifications of transaction history.

This feature, developed by HDBank, is considered the first group fund feature on a banking application, ensuring safety, security, and improved financial management for users.

To utilize the Group Fund feature, users simply need to update to the latest version of the HDBank application, click on the Group Fund banner on the application home screen, or select the Group Fund feature.

In an ongoing effort to enhance utilities and customer experiences and promote cashless payments, the digital ecosystem on the HDBank application continues to expand, catering to a wide range of customer needs. These include financial services (such as money transfers, account opening, stock trading, smart credit statement control, savings, loan registration, and online gold purchasing) and online shopping, entertainment, and travel services (including airline ticket booking, train booking, car booking, taxi booking, flower ordering and movie tickets).
