The 18th International Exhibition on Transportation, Vehicles, and Supporting Industries, Vietnam AutoExpo 2025, will take place from June 12 to 14, 2025, at the International Exhibition Center I.C.E, Hanoi's Friendship Culture Palace. The event is supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, with sponsorship from the Department of Industry (VIA) - Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam Association of Supporting Industries (VASI), the Vietnam Society of Automotive Engineers (VSAE), and organized by C.I.S Vietnam Advertising and Exhibition Company.
In recent years, Vietnam has undergone significant changes in population size, economic growth, and quality, with the domestic automobile market seeing considerable shifts in size, products, and consumer markets. Globally, and in the region, especially in China and Thailand, the automobile industry has been experiencing impressive growth, increasingly integrating into the value chain. This presents a potential risk for the domestic car manufacturing market to lose market share if no appropriate mechanisms or policies are implemented. Vietnam's automobile, motorcycle, and supporting industries have great potential, and with proper policies, concrete action plans, and investment in technological innovation, these industries will thrive, contributing to the overall development of the Vietnamese economy.
To ensure the consistency in the goal of developing the automobile, motorcycle, and supporting industries, the Ministry of Finance has proposed extending the tax incentive program for automobile manufacturing and assembly until 2027. This will lay a solid foundation for the domestic automobile industry to thrive, both in terms of production capacity and local content ratio. This policy is not just an incentive but also a strong commitment from the Government to support businesses and build a modern, self-reliant, and sustainable automotive industry. The outcomes of this program will continue to drive the Vietnamese automobile industry forward, asserting its position both domestically and globally.
Vietnam AutoExpo is one of the most prestigious events in Vietnam's transportation and supporting industries. The Vietnam AutoExpo 2025 will return from June 12 to 14, 2025, at the I.C.E International Exhibition Center in Hanoi. With 17 previous editions, Vietnam AutoExpo has been recognized by businesses as an important event for enhancing brand image and serving as a bridge for Vietnamese and international companies in the transportation and supporting industries to meet, exchange experiences, showcase products, expand partnerships, and access cutting-edge technologies and the world's leading achievements to enhance production capacity and market expansion. The exhibition will span 10,000m2, featuring over 500 booths and the participation of 350 local and international businesses. It is expected to attract nearly 300 exhibitors from various sectors, including automobile and motorcycle manufacturing and assembly, supporting industries, and related fields.
Vietnam AutoExpo 2025 continues to assert its position as the leading annual exhibition for the automobile, motorcycle, and supporting industries in Vietnam. Over its three-day run from June 12 to 14, 2025, the exhibition is expected to attract around 15,000 visitors. Several related events such as conferences, industry seminars, and B2B networking activities will also be organized.
