Movable Pre-engineered SteelBuilding - Optimal Use of Workshop's Space

A unique product feature of Zamil Steel’s movablepre-engineered steel building is that the entire structure is created and installed on steel rollers, which can stand with strong loads. This system includes girders, columns, a movable bridge crane, a cross bar, a purlin and roof which are produced and installed together. Gears, cables, anchor bolts and bolts are designed to suffer high pressure to assemble all building elements and withstand sway and overbalance. A system of rail and rollers powered by electric motor enable the building to move to the required position. Thus, users can easily move the workshop to support different activities such as building and repairing ships and even working with cranes. With the electric motor, the building can move along the rail creating working space as desired.

 

The standard movable building’s dimension is 30 metres wide x 40 metres long x 15 metres high. The design has taken into consideration the outside effects of especially strong winds in coastal areas. All processes of manufacturing and assembly are in accordance with international standards of steel building. Thus the building can be safely used and brings many advantages for users.
