Vietnam Silicon (VNS) was officially honoured in the “Best Companies to Work for in Asia” category at the 2025 HR Asia Awards, organised by HR Asia Magazine.
As a pioneering technology company specialising in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for enterprises, digital transformation, and cybersecurity across Southeast Asia, VNS aspires to become a premier innovation and technology solutions hub – driving digital transformation while empowering businesses and talent through cutting-edge solutions.

This recognition affirms VNS’s comprehensive people strategy, fostering a workplace culture built on the spirit of innovation – the “Silicon Spirit” – and multi-generational engagement initiatives that enable employees to maximise their potential and accompany the company from its earliest stages.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, Ms. Quach Nguyen Huyen Chi emphasised: “The Silicon Spirit in Action is the foundation on which VNS is building a first-of-its-kind innovation hub with a bold, impact-driven culture – a place where every individual is inspired, empowered, and challenged to lead change and shape the future. The 2025 HR Asia Awards recognition is an endorsement of that spirit – a testament that, when nurtured in the right way, the ‘Silicon Spirit’ becomes a powerful catalyst that connects generations, sparks creativity, and transforms fresh ideas into tangible outcomes, enabling VNS to thrive amid the ever-evolving global technology landscape.”
Within just six months of its founding, VNS has grown its team to more than 150 members while maintaining an employee retention rate exceeding 95%. Driving these achievements is a well-defined corporate culture rooted in the “Silicon Spirit” and its three core tenets: Innovation without limits, Collaboration without borders, and Learning without end. This philosophy is not merely expressed in words but embedded in the company’s day-to-day operations - encouraging bold experimentation, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and cultivating a culture of continuous learning.
For instance, VNS has rapidly established its regional presence through international projects, most notably the Thai Ministry of Agriculture’s digital transformation initiative, which focuses on three core technology pillars: AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. This cross-border collaboration strategy not only expands market reach but also showcases Vietnamese tech talent on the global stage, while providing employees with direct opportunities to contribute to high-impact, large-scale international projects.

In parallel, to meet talent demands for its strategic projects, VNS has proactively partnered with leading educational institutions such as Can Tho University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH), University of Science (HCMUS), and University of Information Technology (UIT). From its very first year of operation, the company launched an internship program that attracted 17 students in its inaugural intake. This initiative aims to develop a pipeline of high-quality young talent while strengthening connections between industry and academia.
At the same time, VNS places strong emphasis on developing its existing workforce through a monthly internal TechTalk series, bringing together in-house experts and guest speakers from leading organizations to foster knowledge exchange and cross-departmental engagement. The company also regularly implements cross-functional projects, enabling employees to broaden their skill sets, gain exposure to diverse technology domains, and enhance their adaptability in the face of change.

Alongside professional development, VNS fosters a connected and engaging workplace through a variety of internal initiatives, such as the Vietnam Silicon X-Factor program, which recognizes individuals who inspire others, as well as team-building events and monthly birthday celebrations that strengthen employee bonds. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salaries, clear career advancement pathways, full health insurance coverage, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to participate in regional projects.
The 2025 HR Asia Awards mark a significant milestone for Vietnam Silicon in building a strong human capital foundation for its next phase of growth. This recognition also presents an opportunity for the company to further refine its “Silicon Spirit” cultural values and expand proven initiatives - ensuring not only the retention of its current team but also attracting top talent eager to join VNS on its journey toward long-term goals.
