As Da Nang moves toward becoming an economic and financial center for the Central and Central Highlands regions, Vietcombank Da Nang continues to build its role as a pioneer in developing a modern, integrated, and sustainable financial ecosystem.

Supporting businesses and the investment environment

In line with the city’s development orientation, Vietcombank Da Nang has directed capital toward key sectors such as manufacturing, exports, logistics, supporting industries, small and medium-sized enterprises, high technology, and FDI businesses.

A Vietcombank Da Nang representative said the bank consistently places businesses at the center of its operations by continuously improving processes, enhancing service quality, and expanding financial solutions.

“We aim to maintain growth alongside safety, expand credit in line with efficiency and sustainability, and contribute to improving the city’s investment and business environment.”

In 2025, Vietcombank Da Nang’s outstanding credit balance continued to grow by more than 22%, while the bad debt ratio was kept at around 0.09%. This is seen as an important base that helps Vietcombank Da Nang maintain its position as a leading commercial bank in the area.

Beyond providing capital, Vietcombank Da Nang also has strong capabilities in trade finance and international payments, an important area as Da Nang moves toward becoming an international logistics and trade center.

The branch currently operates an integrated financial system for import-export and FDI enterprises, including trade finance, letters of credit (L/C), guarantees, foreign exchange, cash flow management, and exchange rate risk hedging solutions.

Digital transformation as a core strategy

Alongside credit operations, Vietcombank Da Nang has identified digital transformation as a core strategy to improve customer experience and optimize operations.

The branch has expanded the VCB DigiBiz digital banking platform for businesses, allowing online cash flow management, payments, and approvals. It has also integrated e-invoice, e-tax payment, and e-customs solutions to help businesses save time and reduce operating costs.

Cashless payment solutions such as QR Pay, Apple Pay, and VietQR Global are also helping expand Da Nang’s digital ecosystem, particularly in commerce and international tourism.

According to branch leadership, digital transformation not only improves service quality but also lays the foundation for a modern, transparent financial ecosystem with regional competitiveness.

In line with the city’s development orientation, Vietcombank Da Nang remains committed to supporting the locality through three strategic pillars: development-oriented credit, leadership in digital transformation in the financial sector, and participation in building a modern financial center.

With a strong brand, solid financial capacity, and more than 50 years of development, Vietcombank Da Nang continues to reinforce its role as a trusted financial partner for the business community and Da Nang’s ongoing development in the new phase.
