Networking of Public Telecoms

The Minister of Post and Telecommunication has recently issued Decree 12/2006/QD-BBCVT on networking of public telecommunication facilities. The new decision applies to telecom companies, fixed and mobile telecommunications (domestic and international).

 

In compliance with the decision, telecom companies should develop the network meeting the increasing demand of public telecommunications. They should negotiate and sign annual agreements on networking and ensure the service without discrimination against outside companies. All networking agreements should be signed and implemented before May 31 every year.

 

The quality of networking must be equivalent to the national standard. The service must ensure the volume and quality for the relay of the networking.
