ACBR Launches Real Estate Trading Floor

The ACB Real Estate Company (ACBR) under the Asia Commercial Joint stock Bank (ACB) on July 25, 2006, launched its real estate trading floor at 29 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.

 

The floor is a place for enterprises to introduce their real estate projects to customers by advertising and offering real estate-related services. In particular, projects will be considered by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment in terms of its transparency and compliance. Also, projects will receive support for being transacted easily with loans from the bank as ACBR can provide loans for customers, if they need. Individuals who need houses can find informationi about real estate projects, master plans and prices at the trading floor, so as to make right investment decisions.

 

Up to date, around 100 projects have been registered with the trading floor. These include trade centres, office buildings, houses, tourist sites, hotels and resorts, and even socialised projects on infrastructure development of hospitals and schools.

 

ACBR is reported to have a programme to update information about real estate each week to systematise prices of each region and road in districts.
