Forum on Post-WTO Finance and Banking Sector

Cisco Systems Vietnam has recently cooperated with State Bank of Vietnam’s Department of Banking IT Department to organise the “Forum for Post-WTO development experience and solution for finance and banking sector” for CIOs from financial organisations and banks in Vietnam.

According to Mr Nguyen Van Xuan, Deputy Director of the Banking IT Department, said: “The forum is a place to exchange valuable knowledge and experience in current financial and banking services. This is also a chance for banks and financial service providers to update knowledge and select suitable application solutions to develop the Vietnamese financial and banking sector of the post-WTO entry period.”

Also at this forum, attendants also discussed the trends of the global financial and banking sector as well as successful opportunities in a severer competition environment.
