PM Inks Decree Regulating Trade
The Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung signed a decree to enact the implementation of Trade Law, bolstering and clarifying policies involving trading activities and directly relating to foreign-invested firms in Vietnam.
The decree applies to foreign-invested enterprises, organizations, and individuals relating to the management of goods trading activities.
The decree also sets out conditions for foreign-invested enterprises, organizations, and individuals to apply for licenses to run goods trading activities as well as actions relating to the trading of goods in Vietnam.
The legal document will take effect 15 days after being published in the Official Gazette, or February 26. (VNS)
