In garment and textile outsourcing, Wash (dyeing, washing and dry-cleaning) plays a required role in producing highly competitive products. Wash requires a high level of technique, as well as meticulous manipulations by skilful workers. In this field, Wash T&T Co. Ltd is one of the top choices of domestic and foreign partners.

T&T was officially set up in 2002, with its main functions of washing and dyeing (wash) for potential markets like Japan (65 per cent), the US (25 per cent) and the EU (10 per cent). With years of experience, T&T has affirmed its leading position. The company’s long-term development orientation is to serve selective customers, produce high-grade products, and cooperate with foreign partners. T&T is on the right track, as it has become a traditional partner of the Japanese market. With the philosophy of ensuring the quality and serving customers anywhere at anytime, T&T always pleases its customers, who not only demand high quality, but also demand materials of clear origin in order to ensure skin safety for users. Materials must be carefully sorted and imported from Japan and Europe.

Handling the final process for the textile industry, Wash plays a very important role in the success of a textile product. The delivery of the product depends on the Wash phase. Thus, the company always sees punctuality and working pace as core factors. Besides, T&T acquires experience from foreign countries, applies initiatives to diversify its product categories, is always receiving new technologies, obeys technical processes, and applies the ISO: 9001-2000 quality management system to management and operation. The company will obtain ISO1400 certificate, which will be another foundation for enhancing competitiveness and market expansion in Japan and Europe.

With 10,000 square metres of work area, 700 staff working two shifts a day, 38 washing machines and 53 industrial dryers, T&T is always able to satisfy all orders. Although the Vietnamese garment and textile industry has encountered numerous difficulties in the past year, the salary of T&T workers is always ensured and increased gradually. Mr Bui Duc Tu, Director of T&T, said: “My wish is the Vietnamese garment sector and textile sector should closely coordinate for common benefits, to bring the industry to a new height in competition with foreign investors, especially after Vietnam joined the WTO.”

However, the company still faces difficulties because of unsatisfactory infrastructure and lack of land use rights certificate. T&T expects the government at all levels to upgrade the infrastructure and allow Quang Trung Industrial Complex-based companies in general and T&T in particular to have land use rights certificates to take the initiative in business and production.
