AON Vietnam: Focusing on Human Development Strategy

Following the Golden Dragon Award 2006, AON Vietnam continued affirming its position in human resources after being voted among Vietnam’s 50 Best Employers.
 
This is the first survey carried out in Vietnam under cooperation among Navigos Group, AC Nielsen Co. and Thanh Nien Newspaper. The online survey is posted on the website www.vietnambestemployers.com with the joining of more than 300 companies and 400,000 employees working in 30 different fields. The criteria to pick the 50 best employers are based on practical assessments in personnel policies bringing satisfaction to employees. According to the survey result, AON Vietnam reached 75 out of 100 points in employee satisfaction criteria like management style, salary policy, employee development and training, working environment, and employee satisfaction with the work, among others.
