MaxSEAM - A Perfect Roofing System by Zamil Steel

Zamil Steel Vietnam (ZSV) recently produced the MaxSEAM roofing system, the strongest and most weather-tight standing seam roof system today.

 

With the 360^o double lock seam along the side laps of the panel, the special articulating clip, and the carefully engineered system for hardness, durability and tightness under all weather conditions, the MaxSEAM roof system is like a monolithic membrane that completely protects buildings.

 

The articulating and floating MaxSEAM system is designed to eliminate the potentially damaging effects of thermal movements. Once installed, the floating and articulating clip enables the panels to stand firmly in place and releases the roofing system from stress developed through thermal movement.

 

According to Zamil Steel engineers, MaxSEAM roof panels are roll formed at site to minimize, if not eliminate, end laps on large span structure, ensuring a secure, weather-tight leak proof seam. Unlike most other standing seam roof systems, the gable at both ends of the roof is finished with a 76 mm high standing seam avoiding seams in the low, flat part of a panel where the greatest possibilities for leaks exist. MaxSEAM panels are available in bare Zincalume coated steel.

 

In addition, the use of the MaxSEAM panels is cost effective and customers are offered premium after-sales policies.

 

After 10 years of success in Vietnam, Zamil Steel is building its second factory in Amata Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province. Once put into operation this year, the factory will turn out 2,000 tonnes of product a month, raising the company’s total capacity in the country to 90,000 tonnes annually.

 

The operation of Dong Nai-based plant will raise the Zamil Steel Vietnam workforce from 700 employees to 1,000. This is clear evidence of the long-term commitment of Zamil Steel in Vietnam, supported by the slogan “Technological innovation is the top objective.”
