IT & Electronics Sectors, Danish - Vietnamese Partnerships

From April 16-20, 2007, DANIDA’s Business-to-Business (B2B) Programme at the Embassy of Denmark in Hanoi sponsored a visit to Vietnam by a delegation of 30 Danish companies within the ITC and electronics’ industries.

The objective of the visit was to explore business opportunities in Vietnam and match Danish and Vietnamese companies who can go into commercially viable partnerships and transfer know-how and technology, supported by DANIDA   During their visit, Danish enterprises were introduced to general issues relating to doing business in Vietnam and given the opportunity to network with other IT and electronics’ companies having similar plans.

A half-day seminar entitled "IT and Electronic, Danish-Vietnamese Partnerships” was hosted in Hanoi on the 16^th. The seminar focused on opportunities for Danish and Vietnamese companies to exchange ideas concerning the development of the IT and electronics’ industries of the two countries.
