Foreign Minister Khiem Meets Sun Wah Group Chairman

Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Gia Khiem met with Hong Kong-based Sun Wah Group President, Jonathan Choi Koon-shum, in Hanoi on May 7. Khiem expressed his appreciation for Sun Wah in Vietnam in recent years, and encouraged it to broaden their business operations in Vietnam.

 

During the visit, Choi met the Ministry Planning and Investment, the Ministry of Finance, Hoa Lac High-tech Park.

 

Sun Wah Group, established in 1957, is a diversified conglomerate with business in areas related to seafood and foodstuffs, real estate, financial services, infrastructure, technology and media. The group, with more than 100 subsidiaries and more than 4,000 employees, made present in Vietnam in 1970.
