ReenCo Building a Strong Economic Group

Ecological Zone Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (REENCO) is now investing to build hydropower plants and tourist sites.

 

In the energy sector, REENCO is constructing hydropower plants such as Son La hydropower plant, Van Chan hydropower plant and Nam Chien hydropower plant. The 30-MW Nam Xe hydropower plant in Lai Chau Province and the 11-MW Nam Xay Noi 1 hydropower plant in Lai Cai Province are under construction. Investors in these two projects are two member companies of Vietnam Resource and Energy Investment JSC: Lai Chau Resource and Energy Investment JSC (Reenco Lai Chau) and Lao Cai Resource and Energy Investment JSC (Reenco Lao Cai). When Nam Xe and Nam Xay Noi I hydroelectricity plants are operating, they will meet north-western Vietnam’s demand for electricity.

 

In the field of tourism investment, Pearl Island Resort has been awarded to Pearl Island International Tourismzone Investment JSC (Reenco Pearl Island) by the People’s Committee of Hoa Binh Province. This 17-ha Pearl Island Resort, nearly 100 km from Hanoi, is a five-star international resort on Pearl Island, Song Da Lake. Pearl Island will potentially develop the lakeside and surrounding areas where there are many rare animals. Besides, Reenco also takes part in other projects like Luong Son International Resort project (Hoa Binh) and Quang Cu International Beach Resort (Thanh Hoa).

 

From its projects, Reenco hopes to increase resource value and development, bringing satisfaction to its partners in the projects.
