Framework Cooperation for 2008 - 2010 Signed

Mr Tran Van Ta, Permanent Vice Minister of Finance co-signed a framework cooperation agreement for 2008 – 2010 with Mr Daniel Morel, President of ADETEF, the French cooperation office of the ministry of finance, economics and employment and of the ministry of budget, treasury and public administration at ADETEF’s headquarters on July 10^th in Paris, France.

 

The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and ADETEF have been cooperating for 15 years through different activities and projects such as the annual programme supporting and training MoF’s general staff, organising the French-Vietnamese Economic and Financial Forum, and implementing 2 projects on the economic integration of Vietnam in the international market in partnership with the National Council for International Economic Cooperation. Besides, ADETEF targets improvements in economic governance and deals with financial management, SOE reform, and improved statistics for better public management and parliamentary decisions. The agreement is implemented in partnership with the Finance Academy, the General Statistic Office, and the budgetary and economic commission of the national assembly of Vietnam.
