Registering Brand Names for Farm Products

Tien Giang Province has granted the collective brand name certifications for 10 kinds of farming specialities.

 

The certified commodities included Hoa Loc sweet mango for Hoa Loc Cooperative, Lo Ren Vinh Kim star apple for Chau Thanh District Gardening Association, Co Co grape fruit for My Luong Cooperative, Go Cong melon for Binh Tay Cooperative, Cho Gao green dragon fruit for Cho Gao District Gardening Association, Go Cong gypsum for Go Cong Gardening Association, Ngu Hiep durian for Cai Lay District Gardening Association, Tan Tap pineapple for Tien Giang Vegetable and Fruit Company, and My Thanh Nam rice for My Thanh Cooperative.

 

The registration for protection will help improve the quality of products, protect reputation of producers and assure the people in production and consumption.
