CB Richard Ellis Launches the Empire Tower

On 15 September, CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) announced the launch of the Empire Tower in HCM City. The Empire Tower is a boutique office building that offers stunning views of the Saigon River from its 170 sq m floor plates and is located in the heart of the financial centre of Old Saigon at 26 – 28 Ham Nghi Boulevard, District 1.

 

CBRE’s Managing Director, Mr Marc Townsend, commented that in recent times, there has been a discernible demand shift in HCMC’s office market. As the market develops and becomes more sophisticated, it is segmenting more sharply. This has created a number of niches – one of which, Empire Tower is expected to fill.

 

Empire Tower, developed by An Phu Hung, is now available for lease and is the only office building of its quality to enter the market in 2007. It is being leased and managed by CBRE.
