Work on Saigon Golf Residences Area Starts

The construction ceremony for the Saigon golf residences area under Saigon Golf & Country Club and Residences project (SGCCRs) on Do Xuan Hop Street, District 2, Ho Chi Minh City will be held on 26 March 2008 invested by Saigon Development and Investment Corporation (SDI).

 

The project completion time is expected within 12 months since the day of construction.

 

With support from the Ho Chi Minh City’s and local authorities and the investor’s efforts, the whole land area is solved after a long time of facing with difficulties in land clearance. The land resettlement area is 10 hectares including attached housing, townhouse style villas, stand alone villas with court yards and apartment blocks.

 

The purpose of project is to construct infrastructure and resettle residents under the project. Saigon Development & Investment Corporation especially speeds up the land resettlement area construction before officially starting construction of Golf course, Hotel, Country Club and Residential Project which is expected on July 2008.
