Savills Vietnam Appointed as Exclusive Apartment Sales Agent

Savills Vietnam Ltd. - the leading real estate consultancy in Vietnam - and Military Petrochemical JSC (MIPEC) signed a strategic partnership contract which appoints Savills as Exclusive Sales Agent for apartment sales for their mixed-use project at 229 Tay Son, Dong Da, Ha Noi.

 

Once the project is completed, over 200 apartments will be available for sale. Two 25-storey residential blocks and a 20-storey block for office space are linked together by a 5-storey podium shopping mall, which makes the Tay Son complex a comprehensive, mixed-used project.
