RAFFLES RESIDENCES Apartments Offered for Sale

Kingdom Hotel Inc. (KHI) and Raffles Hotels & Resorts Group (Singapore) are offering to sell apartments in the Raffles Residences project at Non Nuoc beach (Danang City) from July 2008.

Utilities at the resort include Raffles AmritaSpa, indoor and outdoor restaurants, and VIP travel services.

 

At present, Raffles Residences have three types of rooms: 71 square metres – 92 square metres - 187 square metres with prices ranging from US$285,000 to US$1 million. The apartment complex is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2010.
