South Korea’s Incheon Urban Development Corporation (IUDC) is waiting for OK from the government of Vietnam to build a 189 kilometer expressway costing US$1 billion linking the southern province of Dong Nai’s Giau Day and Dalat city.

The IUDC is completing paperwork to prove its financial capacity and submit it to the Vietnamese government for consideration.

The Ministry of Transport has just authorized the Vietnam Expressway Corporation to work with South Korean firm to construct the road under the public private partnership (PPP) model, the paper said. (Investment)
