Vietnam Licenses First 100 per cent Foreign-invested Employment Service Provider
Manpower Inc., a world-leading employment services provider, has officially received a license from the Vietnamese government to operate as the employment services provider in the country.
This is the first wholly foreign-invested firm to get the license in the field, the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs said.
Manpower Inc., which owns total assets of US$21 billion, has a network of 4,500 offices in 80 countries and territories worldwide.
Vietnam now has more than 45 million people of working age including 1.6 per cent in the foreign-invested sector, 9.6 per cent in the state-owned and 88.8 per cent in the non-state-run sector.
The country will have 63.4 million People of working age by 2015. (Pioneer, Investment)
