Ericsson Helps Create a Push for Vietnam's Communication
Ericsson President and General Director Carl-Henric Svanberg, one of the world leading mobile telecommunications companies just paid a working visit to Vietnam. Mr Carl-Henric Svanberg met with leaders of the state, Ministry of Information and Telecommunications and network operators to discuss sustainable economic growth and social values of the telecommunications sector for economic development in Vietnam.
Carl-Henric Svanberg expressed pleasure to represent Sweden’s foremost companies that have productively rolled out diplomatic and economic policies connecting the two countries who, by Ericsson’s active participation in Vietnam telecommunications sector, have fostered diplomatic and economic policies connecting the two countries for the past 15 years. In 2008, Ericsson celebrated its 15th anniversary of presence in Vietnam and became the only company which provided equipments and services for all mobile network operators in the domestic market.
Carl-Henric Svanberg is confident that Ericsson’s world leadership in mobile technologies and experience in developing 3G technology in the past decade will further create strategic push and provide invaluable experience sharing for regulatory planning, management and development in telecommunications and communications in Vietnam.
