Techcombank Wins Best IT Application Award

The Vietnam Technological & Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) has won the award for best IT application in 2008 at the Vietnam ICT Awards 2008.

 

The Vietnam ICT Award is an annual national merit presented by the Ministry of Information and Communication in order to encourage and accelerate IT applications in all economic and social fields, honour excellent IT companies and effective IT application models in central and local apparatuses and businesses.

 

Twenty-one awards in four fields, namely IT training, Mobile and Internet service, IT industry and IT application were granted to winners. Techcombank is the first bank to win the first annual Vietnam ICT Award.
