Vietnam Comm and Electronics 2009 to Open in November

As the largest and most significant ICT and Electronics events in Vietnam, Vietnam International Communications Summit & Expo 2009 ("Vietnam Comm 2009") and International Exhibition on Electronics Products in Vietnam 2009 ("Vietnam Electronics 2009") will be staged in the Vietnam Exhibition & Fair Centre, on November 18-21, 2009.

Officially sponsored by the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) of Vietnam and jointly organized by the Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and Adsale Exhibition Services Ltd (Adsale), the twin expos continuously created brilliant track records. The last events, Vietnam Telecomp / Vietnam Electronics 2008, with an exhibition area of over 6,000 sqm, attracted 187 exhibitors from 17 countries / regions to showcase their top-notch technologies, products and services. The events received widespread supports from international and local leading companies such as ABTel, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, EVN Telecom, GDS, Huawei etc and also 6 industry pavilions from China, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

Concurrent symposia and conference were held alongside for even more in-depth technology exchange among 30 star speakers from over 20 industry giants and government ministries of Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar and over 400 audiences, in the topics of 3G, WiMax, Broadband, E-Entertainment, Multimedia, Next Generation Network, Wireless & Satellite Communications, Managed Services, TD-SCDMA and TD-LTE.
